The hotel's location near Hommachi station was a great asset. It provided easy access to various parts of the area. I also found the staff to be nice.

The room felt cramped. This was smaller than what I expected. The view from my room was of a wall nearby.

the location is very convenient. it is super close to the train station, convenience stores, and many restaurants. it only takes about five minutes to get to dotonbori using a ride service. the breakfast had lots of choices with japanese and western dishes. the staff were polite.

The room was a bit compact. It was smaller than i expected from the pictures.

the staff took care of my luggage before check-in. they even brought it to my room before i returned. everyone spoke english well, and they were very polite and fast, really listening to what i needed.

the breakfast was excellent! i thought it would be the same every day. they had different types of bread and eggs. the social hours at the dining area with complimentary wine and hot drinks was a nice touch.

the hotel provided complimentary beverages and instant noodles, very convenient! the structure itself was quite nice and elegant. it was enjoyable to walk in every time. i really loved the illumination behind the paper windows.

the staff helped move our luggage that arrived early. they placed our rooms near each other. the location is great with convenient access to many places. there were ice machines, vending machines and washing machines available.

the room was very small. we had three people in one room, feel cramped. i noticed a strong urine smell in the bathroom floor.

the hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a reasonable selection of hot dishes. a lounge provides complimentary drinks in the restaurant daily between 3 pm and 9 pm. i liked the convenience.
